Do you offer local pick up?
We currently offer local pick up in Gurgaon / Gurugram, Haryana, India only or otherwise, We sell online.
Do you ship on weekends?
We currently ship all orders out Monday-Saturday using channel partners. All deliveries are subject to Logistic channel partner holidays.
Why am I paying tax for my order?
If you residence in India, all type of furniture / s, furniture accessories / parts/ spare sale are subject to G.S.T (Sales Tax).
How long until my order ships?
Orders placed before 11AM IST with successfully processed payment and available inventory will ship out within 7 business day (Monday - Saturday). We do not ship Sundays, or holidays.
Will I receive a tracking number for my purchase?
You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email within 1 business day if order is placed before 11AM I.S.T.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within India.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Why hasn’t my order shipped?
Orders placed before 11AM IST with successfully processed payment and available inventory will ship out within 7 business day (Monday - Saturday). We do not ship Sundays, or holidays. If any item(s) purchased are out of stock, you will receive a full refund (including tax) back to the original form of payment. Refunds are subject to your bank’s processing time.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes we have, but it is in Gurgaon only or othewise we deal online with in India.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, for bulk inquiries we offer whole sale price, because we are manufacturer of furniture items.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Do you offer any installation services?
Yes, of course we offer installation services for furniture supplied by us.
I received an incomplete order (missing parts, manual, etc.), what do I do?
If you receive an incomplete order, please contact us HERE. We can also be reached by phone Monday - Friday, 11AM - 5PM I.S.T.
Why was my order canceled?
If your order is canceled due to inventory, you will receive an email. In most cases, inventory is determined at time of purchase. In the event that your item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund (including tax) back to the original form of payment. Refunds are subject to your bank’s processing time.
